ToolCurrent is edited by Damon Ryon, a licensed Arizona REALTOR® (SA690160000) with Deal Landers Arizona Realty in Surprise, Arizona, and the operator behind DesertValleyHomeSearch.com. Damon became a full-time real estate agent in 2020 and has spent the years since running CRMs, IDX websites, follow-up automation, SEO tooling, and AI writing tools against real listings, real leads, and real deadlines. That operator perspective is the reason ToolCurrent exists: most software reviews on the web are written by people who have never had to close a deal with the tool they are recommending.
What we cover
ToolCurrent reviews and compares CRM, AI, automation, marketing, email, website, SEO, and sales software. Because the editor's background is in residential real estate, real estate is the beachhead vertical — the industry we know deepest and can write about with first-hand authority.
From that foundation we expand into other industries where the same operator-level questions apply: contractors, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, legal, dental, medical practices, insurance, financial services, restaurants, agencies, ecommerce, and professional services. Each vertical review is written against the actual workflow of that industry, not by search-and-replacing another industry's article.
How we make money
